Refund Policy

Digital product purchases
Because Cooperative AI Institute products are digital materials delivered after purchase, one-time purchases are generally final once access has been provided. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Subscription cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the cancellation options provided at checkout or in the customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless otherwise required by law or approved by Cooperative AI Institute.
Trial access
If a product includes a trial period, billing begins after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial details are shown at checkout.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase or purchased the wrong item, contact us promptly at support@cooperativeaiinstitute.com. We review these requests case by case.
Technical access problems
If you cannot access a purchased product due to a technical issue, contact support with your order email and purchase details. We will attempt to restore access, resend delivery information, or provide an alternative access method.

Send refund or access questions to support@cooperativeaiinstitute.com. Include your purchase email, order reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle. Some refunds, cancellations, taxes, and payment adjustments may be handled through Paddle's systems and policies.
