If you complete a course assessment, we may store your responses and results to issue and verify certificates.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill purchases, deliver product access, send transactional emails, issue and verify certifications, respond to support requests, maintain account records, and improve products based on aggregate usage patterns.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect and process billing information, tax information, and payment details in accordance with its own policies. Cooperative AI Institute does not store full payment card details.

Marketing communications

We may send product updates or educational resources if you opt in or have an existing customer relationship with us. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Transactional emails related to purchases, access, renewals, or support may still be sent.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate the business, including payment processing, email delivery, analytics, hosting, customer support, and product access systems.

Data retention

We retain purchase, access, and certification records as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.
