Cooperative AI Institute is operated by Pineview AI LLC ("Pineview AI," "we," "us"). These Terms govern access to our website, evaluation experiences, and paid products.

Services and access

Our services provide educational, assessment, and workflow-support materials for AI readiness. They are not legal, regulatory, financial, or security advice. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, compliance obligations, and use of any outputs.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, and use the services lawfully. Do not upload confidential production data into a preview or evaluation workspace unless we expressly agree in writing.

Purchases and renewals

Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and renewal information are shown before checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel to prevent future renewal charges; cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already processed.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue preview features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to paid access.
