First purchases

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, email support@cooperativeaiinstitute.com within 14 days of the original purchase date to request a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions

• The 14-day refund period applies to the first payment only.
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund a renewal charge that has already been processed.

Vendor Risk Workspace

A one-time Vendor Risk Workspace purchase may be refunded within 14 days, provided no customized assessment, advisory service, or materially tailored work has been delivered.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
